A few minutes of making
TaleCraft writes the story and paints every page on its own server in the EU. It takes a few minutes, and small games fill the wait.

The book opens with a painting on every page. A calm voice reads it while the words light up, or you read it yourself.

The last page has a little clay lamp. Your child switches it off when they are ready.

One new story uses one story, whatever its length. If a story can't be finished, the story it used is given back automatically. Family Sharing is not available. Prices in other countries are set by Apple and shown before you buy.

What does TaleCraft cost?
It is free to download. Rereading your books, reading them aloud and TaleCraft's own story library are free. New stories come with TaleCraft Plus (5 new stories every month, from $22.99 a month, with a free first week that includes 1 story) or a story pack.
How long does a new story take?
About a few minutes. Small games fill the wait, and the book opens as soon as its words and cover are ready; the other pictures arrive while you read.
Who writes the stories?
TaleCraft's server asks OpenAI to write and paint each story from your child's choices, and ElevenLabs reads it aloud. Every story is checked by a second AI review before it is shown. AI can still get a detail wrong, so read along together.
Does it need the internet?
Making a new story does. Books already on your shelf, and TaleCraft's own story library, open without a connection.
Which devices does it run on?
