The app and who it is for
TaleCraft helps children aged three to six build a bedtime story on the playmat, one part at a time. These terms are for parents and carers. A grown-up sets up the app and helps their child use it.
By using the app, you agree to these terms with Caffeinated Code. If something here is unclear, please write to us.
TaleCraft Plus
Three stories are free before TaleCraft Plus. Plus costs €4,99 a month or €39,99 a year, with the first week free for eligible subscriptions. The offer and local price shown by Apple before you confirm a purchase apply.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel in iOS Settings before renewal. Apple manages purchases, billing and refunds. You can manage or cancel Plus in iOS Settings, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Stories are made by AI
Stories and pictures are generated on request. The reading voices are synthetic. The result may be imperfect, unexpected or unsuitable for a particular child, so a parent should read along and decide what is right for their family.
What you may not do
Do not use the app to ask for unlawful or harmful content, interfere with its services, bypass purchase or safety controls, or infringe another person's rights. Only enter information you are entitled to share.
Availability
Making a story, its pictures and its reading voice needs a connection. The voice and picture services are provided by third parties and may sometimes be unavailable. We may update features or change the app. Your rights for a paid service still apply.
Liability
We take reasonable care in providing the app, but cannot promise that every generated story or service will be error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that consumer law gives you, or excludes liability where the law does not allow it.
Governing law
The law of Croatia applies. If you live elsewhere, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring a claim that apply where you live.
