Common questions
How do I restore purchases?
Open Grown-ups → TaleCraft Plus → Restore. Use the same Apple Account you used for the purchase.
How do I cancel Plus?
Open iOS Settings → Subscriptions → TaleCraft. You can cancel or change your subscription there. Deleting the app does not cancel Plus.
Why does a story need a connection?
The story, clay paintings and reading voice are made for your child's choices by online services. Keep the app connected while they are being made. Stories already saved in Books can be read on the phone.
How do I delete everything?
Delete the app to remove its saved profiles and stories from the phone. If you have Plus, cancel it separately in iOS Settings → Subscriptions.
Which languages can the hero read?
TaleCraft supports English, Croatian, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish, and Chinese.
